Monthly Dram

OUR PREVIOUS MONTHLY DRAM'S

FEBRUAURY DRAM DROP

This month we present two special release whiskies by Arran and Edradour. The Edradour is an amazing bottling that was initially distilled as a US exclusive. Matured in Bourbon casks for 5 years following a longer maturation in oloroso sherry casks and described as the old fashioned whisky describing how it used to be made. The result is a beautifully rounded, richly Sherried malt and a great inclusion in this months drop.

MARCH DRAM DROP

I dont think there has been much in the ways of tasters from independent bottlers and so we thought this would be a great start for all our whisky explorers. It's limited, it's unique and costs over $260 a bottle. The 2007 Glenlivet 11 years Old Australian Exclusive Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been hand picked by our good friend and Scottish Brand Ambassador, Craig Merson.

APRIL DRAM DROP

These two amazing drams offer a range of aromas from soot to citrus, cherries and marmalade. With a slightly oil texture most peaty whiskies must have a balancing sweet spot and this month with the weather just starting to cool down we thought these two drams would be a great start to the cold season. Located behind a church, up a narrow and winding road is the Springbank Distillery.

MAY DRAM DROP

This month we jump straight into the world of limited edition port wood finish whisky with a great offering from our friends at Tomintoul. The Speyside Glenlivet Aged 15 years Single Malt Scotch Whisky. We snatched a few of the limited 5820 bottles for this months delivery.
